ETH/BTC Weekly Outlook Since the 2025 high, $ETH has been losing ground against $BTC. The pair has been in a long-term downtrend after printing the $0.043 high in 2025, but the structure is starting to show early signs of stabilization. We recently saw a strong swing that began in early June and rallied into the September high around $0.033. That move produced a bullish Market Structure Shift (MSS) on the weekly. Right now price is trading near 0.029 and has been in a pullback phase since that September high. I still expect a reaction from the 75% discount area around $0.027. That is the level where I am looking for demand to step in. If it holds, the outlook is for a rally to begin toward mid-November 2026 and carry into 2027. Invalidation of this view is a clean break below $0.025. That would reopen the door to further downside and keep Bitcoin dominant. Major target remains the previous $0.033 September high, with extended targets at the key Fibonacci levels of $0.037 and $0.041. How this affects the altcoin market: ETH/BTC is the rotation gauge. When the pair is weak, liquidity stays concentrated in Bitcoin and most alts struggle or lag. A sustained bounce from the $0.027 discount zone and a reclaim of $0.033 would signal that capital is starting to rotate out of pure BTC dominance. That is usually when Ethereum and the broader altcoin market begin to outperform. Until that happens, the environment remains more defensive and BTC-focused. The structure is still developing. The September MSS is the first sign of strength, but the pullback needs to hold for the rally to play out. Share your thoughts! #ETHBTC #Crypto #Altcoins
