Hunter Biden wants the market maker behind his #LAPTOP memecoin to buy the tokens back and burn them. A Groom Lake report released Wednesday says the launch pool held fewer than 30,000 tokens, about 0.003% of the 1 billion supply. A wallet it links to "Market Maker 1" received $500,000 before launch and used about 1% of that for opening liquidity. A $6 buy was enough to move the quote 5%. LAPTOP went from $0.05 to about $320 in under two minutes, then finished its first hour roughly 98% below that peak. Trades tied to a second market maker brought about $2.18 million in net USDC. The first wallet gained roughly $686,000 from liquidity positions. Neither firm was named. Biden's team still holds its 300 million tokens. "The biggest winners? The market makers," he wrote. He also said the failure is his responsibility.
